Kristy holds a degree in fine arts and art history, specializing in graphic design and digital arts. She enjoys curating her classes to go beyond just the technical aspects. Together, we explore topics like color theory, art history, travel experiences, and other methods for finding inspiration beyond the classroom. Kristy believes that embracing a creative lifestyle opens us up to inspiration from nearly anything, which enriches both her teaching and artwork.
Her aim is to help you let go of perfectionism and embrace play and experimentation. By allowing yourself to engage in playful exploration within your art practice. She believes we often discover our unique style more swiftly when we stay open and curious. As a lifelong learner, Kristy continually takes classes to evolve and enhance both her teaching and personal artistic journey.
